- Estimated delivery of Lemax into Australia is from September 2025. We will always do our best to unpack and pick pre-orders as quickly as possible. If you are needing your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.
- If you choose the partial payment option, your final payment will be processed once your order is ready to be shipped.
- You will be notified via email once your order is ready to be shipped or collected in store via Click & Collect.

- Cancellations and Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your pre-order, monies paid will not be refunded; this amount can be issued as a CREDIT note. If the item you have ordered for some reason does not arrive from Lemax, your money will be refunded.
